Download the installation package

Click the download button to enter the Windows download portal, obtain and open the installer.

Install and log in

Follow the prompts to complete the installation and log in with your ZoogVPN account.

Choose a location to start connecting

Open the location list, select the server and click Connect.

Windows detailed installation and configuration

  1. Open "System → About" in Windows Settings and record the Windows version and system type. Obtain the installer through the Windows download portal on this page and check system compatibility.
  2. If there is an installation package, check the file properties and publisher information, and then open the installation wizard. Follow the prompts to select an installation location and confirm installation of the required components when asked.
  3. Start ZoogVPN and log in using your account email. Follow the system prompts to allow the required network permissions when establishing a connection for the first time.
  4. Select the server and wait for the app to show connected. If you cannot connect, change the location or protocol; provide version information and error messages to the support team.

Account usage and subscription help.

Login and registration

If you already have an account, you can use your registered email address to log in within the ZoogVPN app. New users can register through the app's account creation portal; the same account can be used on supported platforms.

Select password reset on the app login interface, use your registered email address to receive emails, and check your spam folder. If you still cannot restore access, please contact the support team.

Packages, Renewals and Refunds

Please check where your subscription was purchased. Subscriptions purchased from the app store are managed by the corresponding store; for other billing issues, please provide your registered email address, payment date and order information and contact the support team. Deleting the app will not cancel renewal.

Set an independent password for the account and keep it properly.

Generate and save

Use your device or browser's built-in password manager to generate a long enough random password for ZoogVPN and save it. Don’t reuse passwords for email, social networking sites, or other services.

Use the password reset function on the app login screen. Confirm that the reset email comes from the intended service, and then follow the prompts; there is no need to send passwords or verification codes to customer service.

Check account access

When you suspect your password has been compromised, change your password promptly and contact the support team. Provide your registered email address and time when the problem occurred during consultation to avoid sending passwords or complete payment information.
